I’m currently a graduate student at College of Biomedical Engineering, Sichuan University, advised by Prof. Jing Zhang. Prior to that, I got my bachelor’s degree in Medical Information Engineering in 2021. I’m now working with Dr. Xiyue Wang (Stanford) and Sen Yang (Tencent) on histopathology image guided clinical tasks. Previously, I worked with Prof. Jun Cheng (A*STAR) about unsupervised deformable medical image registration. I was born and grown up in ChongQing, a city in the southwest China, famous as the city of mountain and frog.

My research interest includes Computational Pathology and Medical Image Analysis (Segmentation, Registration, Super Resolution)

I am deeply indebted to everyone who has supported me in my academic career.

  • This work introduces HiCervix, the most extensive, multi-center cervical cytology dataset currently available to the public. HiCervix includes 40,229 cervical cells from 4,496 whole slide images, categorized into 29 annotated classes. Along with our benchmark HierSwin method HierSwin, a hierarchical vision transformer-based classification network.

ESatSR: Enhancing Super-Resolution for Satellite Remote Sensing Images with State Space Model and Spatial Context

Y. X. Wang†, W. Yuan†, X. Fang, B. J. Lin#

  • In this work, we propose ESatSR, a novel SR method based on state space models. Tailored for remote sensing images, the interaction of multi-scale spatial context and image features is leveraged to enhance the network’s capability in capturing features of small targets.
